This GP-benefit is really vague and I have ALWAYS problems of getting it. After persuading 2pm is usual the latest I get.

As I already stated in a previous thread, Hyatt should clear up this matter, because all hotels can avoid offering this benefit.

Why not like Starwood gold/plat: GUARANTEED 4pm c/o ?
