Somewhat off topic, but if the cruise leaves at 4 you can probably board at 11 or so. Don't know about other cruise lines but, we left Cape Canaveral on a 5 pm cruise, Royal Carribean suggested 2 pm boarding, and we actually boarded at 11:45-so I wouldn't worry too much.
