Loved this property, think it is finally getting the credit it deserves as a Grand Hyatt now.
Even though no room upgrade,received Bay view which was same as view from Regency Club. Club can get noisy from Armani's restaurant above in the evenings.
Be sure to have brunch at Oyster Catchers and take a walk through the nature preserve on grounds. Pool facilities were not much but gym was very impressive.
Casita pool is more private and casitas were same size as regular rooms. Hyatt was kind enough to give us late checkout and use of room there while enjoyed a leisurely brunch and poolside afternoon before having to fly back home to reality.
Conceirge named Helga was fabulous for reservations.
