I sent the letter, and three days later got a phone call from one of Mr. Wallis' assistant, who said they were looking into it, and were going to get back to me. They said they did not get the first letter, which they thought strange, since a letter to Scott Miller of this nature would be passed on to Mr. Wallis. Anyway, my letter did not provide a contact phone number, so that was pretty impressive. I also received an e-mail from the assistant to the GM at the PHJ, trying to set up a time to talk. Coincidentally, I am right now back in SA, staying at The Grace, just down the street, which so far appears to be a noticeably nicer hotel. I let her know I could be reached here for the next two weeks. That should get them thinking, I hope.

So I guess there is a response, which is a step in the right direction.
