An update for those who live vicariously, and for those in search of their fix of schadenfreude.
I wrote a nice long letter regarding my atrocious experience at the PHJ to Scott Miller (CEO of Hyatt, I believe) about three weeks ago, and have not received any reply. Should I wait a bit longer before stepping it up? Are you guys (and gals) interested in reading it for critical praise and comment? I can post it here if there is any interest.
