Stayed there in November - got nice suites with full ocean views upgrade from partial views in the rate. All that I could see had balconies with great views. Not sure what the townhouse option is, tho those might be the things on the lower levels near the pool - not such good views.
The staff were nice but clueless about the GP program and they tried to stiff me for the points because I only had a $199 rate from the website - looks like GP will sort me out but still. Also - make sure you get the GP2000 if you are there on a weekday (not available weekends).
I personally liked the suites - spa bath/balcony/views/wood fire etc. They also have a full kitchen should you want to cook something up yourself!
