I stayed there two years ago and the service was really friendly for Diamond.
Service was almost as nice as the Kauai property.
Now that I hear Honolulu property has been spruced up and viewed favorably by other people's recent stays, I'm planning for revisit in next 6 months to both Honolulu and Kauai.
