Checked in baggage on upgrade

Hi,

Am curious what would be the allowed checked in baggage if only one sector of the flight was upgraded with miles? Say for example, if I am flying DEL-DXB-DUS, and I upgraded only DEL-DXB and flying DXB-DUS in Y, would my luggage allowance be 40Kg as in business or just 30Kg as in Economy?
