Were all these fare conversions successful?

I have a B upgr fare (reservation for January) that according to your chart should have changed to ZE, however it converted to ZN.

I take it I won't have any EQM accrual issues with having a ZN fare as opposed to a ZE? (Honestly, I looked this reservation up on Sunday and it was ZE, now it is ZN) -- what would have caused this to change? (Outbound is listed as FE, return flights as ZN)
