I am a new Diamond and got some questions about the Diamond benefits.

If the hotel does not have RC service, how many (only for two, or for all people staying in the same room) breakfast coupons can I get? Would it be one for buffet breakfast or just a continental breakfast?

Since I just become Diamond comped by my Hilton status, I did not have actual card. Can I still use 1-800-Check-in service?

If the hotel didn't give me any amenity, do I have to request to get one?

Regarding the room upgrade, R/C room upgrade does not mean suite upgrade, right? Then, what's the difference between the regular room and RC room? Just a R/C club lounge access? In other words, if I got upgraded to suite (not in the RC floor), can I still access to RC lounge? One more: is it hard to find a suite and/RC room with two double(queen) beds?
