Thanks Jerry, couldn't find the actual legal jargon, but my point exactly...A foreigner that fails to appear in court and takes off, may not be allowed back in, and may lose the visa waiver privilege for future entry, i.e, may need to go apply for a visa at the US Embassy. I'm not an Attorney but a FTA can result in a bench warrant in some cases.
