I did a search on this topic but couldn't find an answer. Currently the PHSF has a promotion of triple airlines miles per stay using the code GM1500. I'm quite confused how the miles/GP point system works and have a couple of questions.

First, can I see in my online account whether I have signed up for GP or miles? Secondly, for this triple bonus, do I only get these points if I earn GP points or only if I decided to earn airline miles? And last question, if I go for the airline miles, does this stay still show up in my online Hyatt GP statement as a stay with zero points (most of you might not know this as I understand that you all prefer to earn GP points anyway) or do the airline miles get processed outside of GP program by just giving your FF number at check-in? If the second version is correct do you get the 500 miles for every rate or just for some more expensive rates?
