Things like which flights are eligible for upgrades aren't in the fare rules. That's all part of the OnePass T&C. A good resource is the FAQ sticky on the top of this forum.
Thanks sbm12, I was looking at that earlier trying to determine if overseas flights were eligible for M fare upgrades and didnt really see anything but I may have glossed over it. Ill take a close look when i get back, for now headed to the airport
