Diamond Reservation Line
Hello all,

Could someone email me the "exclusive" Diamond res line? I just turned Diamond and the regular GP line won't give me the number (they transfer me to general res line). HELLO....JUST REFERENCE MY GP# AND STATUS! Has anyone else noticed the huge difference (in personality and attitude) between the general res agents and GP reps. The GP reps could teach the res people a thing or two about customer service....
