I just completed another stay at the Hyatt SJC.

I asked for both the GP1000 bonus and the UA partner bonus. The front desk clerk again stated that for the bonuses, it is one or the other. I calmly stated (I actually gave him a good hard ribbing as he recognizes me now as a regular customer ) that he was incorrect and that I should be able to receive both and for him to try putting both codes into the bonus field. Lo and behold, when both codes were acccepted, he was amazed and stated that he learns something new every day. Now, hopefully in a few days the UA partner points will post.
