This is from the terms and conditions of Diamond membership posted on Hyatt's website:

6. Diamond members will receive complimentary Continental Breakfast for each guest staying in the room for every day of the stay when Regency Club or Grand Club is not available at the hotel or resort.

For my recent stay in Newport (2 adults and 2 kids) I was given 4 vouchers for breakfast per night.
