When you have booked a double room, both guests are entitled to bfast vouchers.

In US&Can very often there is no rate difference between single & double occupancy.

In the European properties & Asian there COULD be a price difference in single or double. When you have paid for double room, both can have the vouchers. (or when booked a double room on award stays under the new rules)
