I'll be at this property this weekend (Chicago marathon weekend). I know that the hotel is sold out and am using my Faster Free Nights Promo. What are my chances as a diamond of still being able to get some type of upgrade? And also, if I can request a certain section of the hotel to stay in, where do you recommend? Does this hotel have towers?
