I work for a company that does a great deal of business with Hyatt and the San Jose Hyatt is one of only three franchised properties in the Hyatt chain. The others are Pier 66 and the Witchita Hyatt. Don't worry, if the property doesn'tmeet Hyatt specs by the end of the current contract, I'm sure it won't be renewed and you'll see another flag on it. The only reason the Hyatt name is on the Rickey's and Savannah properties is because of location, but they are both badly in need of renovation.
