Hi there my fellow Deltified flyers,

I can't quite figure out how to search for this and can't remember if I've seen this discussed.

Here's an example of what I am asking about:

1. Purchase BWI-SEA roundtrip, outbound 10/23, inbound 10/25.
2. Purchase SEA-PHL roundtrip, outbound and inbound both on 10/24.

I think these both should post for all of the roundtrip-based promos (Delta Amex double miles bonus, customer thank you 5k or 10k per roundtrip bonus, etc.) - as long as I have purchased tickets 1 and 2 separately and have not violated any minimum stay requirements for ticket 1 - but I am not certain.

Do you have personal knowledge /experience about this situation and whether the RT-based bonuses post smoothly with such nested trips?
