Have you tried looking at ANA website?

To register miles for an international flight retroactively, you must submit your registration by mail.
If you forget to register in advance or you find that your miles have not accrued correctly, send the following confirmation documents along with a memo stating your ANA Mileage Club customer number and name to the Retroactive Registration Desk, ANA Mileage Club Service Center within 6 months of boarding (valid postmark required).
* Flights taken prior to becoming a member may be registered if the registration papers are received within 6 months of the flight (valid postmark required).
* Please allow about 1 month for the application to be processed.
