Well, thanks for supporting my opinion on this point. Since Germany is definitely a first world country with first world health care and English speaking doctors, it might be a good destination for those who are hesitant to travel to third world countries to get procedures done. In any case you can divide what you'd pay in the US by at least 2 and up to 10, for the same treatment done in Germany.
