I usually drive!

But there are limousine services from Toronto airport to major hotels downtown. The fares are fixed and the limousines are waiting by the airport so you don't have to book in advance.

It should be around C$40-50. But I'll check for you as I will be in Toronto in 24 hours time.

And yes, the Park Hyatt Toronto is a beautiful hotel.
