Even doing that, would not answer my question.

The preview flight availability drop down menu does not have the 3 CA cities. Therefore, I can say there are 2 sections where it is indicated that the 3 CA cities are listed - ie the list of cities next to the map, and the full regulations of this flight pass, including the full list of cities; there are 2 sections where the 3 CA cities are not listed - the map, and the preview flight availability button. Obviously, 1/2 of the sections dealing with this flight pass are wrong on this matter - the question is which 1/2? I might be much more inclined to buy this flight pass, if the 3 CA cities are allowable destination cities.
