I have been booking and issuing all the tickets for our employees for the last 10 years using my Amex platinum card. I have never had a problem with any flights except for one flight in Europe (I can't recall the airline) for an employee and I had to give him a letter with details of the card and signed and witnessed so he could get the boarding pass.
