Those 50% off rack rate hotel cerficates are given to Mileage Plus members who redeem an award travel. I was lucky to be gifted one by a flyertalker in the coupon connection forum.

Kv99, maybe I didn't remember the Park Hyatt rate correctly. I agree that Y100,000 rack rate is too high..
