I am inclined to be extra cautious when it comes to airline tickets. However, looking at a dummy booking entry for London Luton to Malta, I see you have a choice of title: Doctor, Mrs, Miss, Ms, and Mr. I can't see that Ryanair has any right to ask you about your preferred choice of title. For example, if someone chooses Doctor when he isn't, I doubt Ryanair could refuse to fly him. Or if you choose Mrs and you have never been married, Ryanair could not ask for proof.
So, although this is my opinion only, I don't think Ryanair has the right to question your choice of Title.
