I have stayed at the Grand Hyatt SIN a few times up until a couple years ago, and have been treated pretty well. No problems with RC access, nice folks up there. Front desk staff ok, but not great, a little stiff I guess.

We stayed once at the Shangri-La on Orange Grove Road which was fantastic, but that was only because a local friend of ours got an unbelieveable rate for us for one of their Horizon Club Premier rooms, 72 sq meters. The bath alone in this room is bigger than a few "business hotel" rooms I've stayed in Japan.

Lately we have been staying at the Conrad and probably will continue to do so.
