My Friday evening flight from ATL to MGM was cancelled due to runway resurfacing in MGM. I rented a car one-way to MGM and called Delta to get a refund on that leg of the trip. The agent told me that since I was Gold Medallion, that I could also access Delta.com and request a refund on the one-way car rental.

I have completed multiple searches, etc. and just cannot locate where I would request this refund. Has anyone ever encountered this?
