gee, it would be nice if the "reject" on the internet might tell you to contact gold passport on the phone. It just says you cannot book within 7 days! I recently paid for night that I had wanted to be a freebe --I thought I had even asked the reservationist about it (but I am not sure). I actually have more free nights coming than I think I can use before 10/31 -- I use the free nights for personal and pay for business and my travels between now and then do not have many Hyatts.
