Please allow me to clarify: reservations for Gold Passport Free Night
Awards can be made at any time - even on the day of arrival if availability
allows it.

As we review each individual Gold Passport Free Night Award reservation to
prepare for your stay, reservations can be made online at www.hyatt.com and
www.goldpassport.com up to seven days before arrival.

Should you wish to book within seven days of arrival, please call Gold
Passport Customer Service at 1 800 30 HYATT in North America. Outside of
North America, please call your nearest Hyatt Worldwide Reservations
Centre. You will find our numbers at
http://www.goldpassport.com/hyattphones.asp
