I dunno. I drove by there last weekend to check it out (we were staying up in La Jolla but came into town for brunch). A LOT of construction streetside and a sizable contingent of construction workers holding big banners saying "Don't Stay at the Hyatt" and accusatory things about Manchester, who apparently is a well-known person in San Diego. I wouldn't have liked staying there.
