I usually try and explain the GP bonus' to the front desk staff even telling them the code to enter - that usually makes them post. As soon as the stay posts I check it and email Hyatt. I usually get mine posted in 7-9 days after the email with a nice acknowlegement email to tell me it's done.
I never thought I was that special, but am surprised that everyone else is having such a hard time.
