Yes, it seems that the GP1000 and GP2000 promotions are so continually poorly mismanaged that their offer is tantamount to fraud. As a Diamond who regularly asks for them with the rez or at the front desks, I rarely see them on the account. Responses at Gold Passport have been historically so dilatory I would rather not bother trying to get the points than deal with GP.
