Start chasing up. Here is my experience.
After dining at the Hyatt here in Sacramento
and nothing posted in two weeks I called
HGP. Lady stated they were having trouble
with this promotion (submission of cards by
server) and she credited my points on the
spot. Second after staying this past weekend
at the Sacramento Hyatt and seeing my points
post I called to inquire about 2000 GP points
for weekend stay. No dice. Promo ended
6/30 and my C/O was 7/1. I did stay night of
6/30. Before I started "speaking" on the
fine points the lady quickly noted the
current GP 2000 bonus for SMF and posted it
on the spot. So this promotion at least in
my mind is not that automatic. Start chasing
up those points. FYI
