I try to avoid the Veramonte (especially the Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon). I request sparkling wine when I stay at Hyatt. It's rarely a listed choice, but they usual provide a full bottle of their very drinkable Spanish Cava sparkling wine. Once I received a couple low-end Chandon splits (dreadful stuff).
