SFO Airport Hyatt frequently has long lines. There is a separate sign for Diamonds. I don't know why this isn't extended to Platinum's as well. There can't be THAT many of us checking into the hotel at one time.
I am curious- I have never used the 1-800-Check-In service. If I were to do that for a stay at this hotel, would I still have to stand in the line to get my key?
