Moved to the Front of the Line- SFO Hyatt
This past Friday I had a reservation at the Hyatt Regency SFO. I arrived mid afternoon via the airport shuttle and was faced with a long, long line winding its way to the check in desk. I didn't notice any separate GP check in area, so I went to the manager and asked if there was a quicker line for Diamonds. (Literally, there were over 30 people on line with only 3 staff members at the desk!!)She then proceed to take me to the front of the line and apologized for the delay. (It seems a large convention had just arrived). I did feel momentarily bad for those behind me--- but that passed, as I breezed by with my room key, breakfast cert, and cocktail/hor d'oeurve coupons.
