Unless there's a particular T&C you didn't meet that would prevent you from receiving the bonus, I'm not sure why it wouldn't work. The automatic stuff can sometimes take awhile (though no more than a couple months), but manual credit via email usually happens within a day or so.
I'd suggest you email one of our helpful forum regulars who works for AS at flyertalk (AT) alaskaair dot com with the information on the promo (make it easy on her by providing details of [and a link to, if possible]) as well as your folio, full name, and Mileage Plan number. She can pass the request on to the appropriate person to investigate further.
