I am curious if anyone on this board has had an issue receiving credit for a Hyatt stay. There was a sweet promotion this summer - 7,000 miles. I provided my Alaska Mileage number at check in and no bonus posted to my account. Exchanged emails with Alaska's customer service including sending my folio twice, and no resolution yet. Been working on this since July! Any tips would be appreciated. TIA.
