There is a lounge at the B gates - it's not the Concorde Room, but it is pleasant enough for 20 to 30 minutes. Also, YYZ has a separate First Lounge that has been renovated to current Galleries style. You can have waiter served dinner on your return. My last experience of YYZ lounge catering was the food was OK but the wines distinctly lacking.
My last LHR-YYZ flights have left from B42. Be aware that, if you are not there at the very beginning of boarding the F/J line becomes flooded with general passengers.

In YYZ, they usually start serving dinner in the F Galleries about 2.5 hours bfore scheduled departure time. The service is overall good but slow-paced - allow yourself plenty of time if you want to have a full-course meal. The red wine (don't remember what it was) was passable, and the champagne was Moet.
