After my tale of woe with Dennis and the ICC last week (where I canned some bookings and rebooked), I was fully expecting a bun fight to get a refund for the 2 cancelled bookings and having to stump up an extra £2k on my cc bill this month to cover them whilst the refunds were processed.

I was pleasantly surprised to check my cc online yesterday and noticed that the only charges that had hit the card were for the 2 valid bookings. Somehow, they had (I think) voided the original transactions as they had been showing in the pending transactions and never actually hit the card even though the first 2 bookings were ticketed.

So a big ^ to whoever sorted this out, it's nice not to have to stump up the extra cash when things are tighter than usual due to maternity leave
