Since this is a double-dipping kind of thread:

Can you get miles with an AAdvantage AMEX and the dining program? Meaning that you'll get 1 miles/dollar (amex) + 5 miles/dollar (VIP status in dining program)?

You can do it with the HHonors card, correct?
