Markie, I'm having the same problem about the screen going blank. I've tried to make a reservation, updated my profile etc...when I get to the end where I'm to 'submit' it goes blank and never comes back. I end up calling the property and making it by phone--but also have to explain that since I'm not sure if the web site worked or not, there is a chance I could have multiple reservations.
