Well, I don't like it either but today I used it for the first time and it was really easy to use making a sudden change of plans reservation for this evening because my in date was already in there (today) and all I had to do was change the out date. Also, I already knew exactly which hotel I was going to and which special offer rate would be available there. This story would have been completely different if I had really needed some information.
However, for some reason it had dropped of all things only the area code from my phone number while getting the rest of the profile correct.
