They've traded user-friendliness for a more flashy, modern look. They've also made the mistake of believing that this look will translate to more usage. I find it cumbersome and I visit a lot less now. And they've overlooked some reservations bugs.

Every time I've searched for a hotel by region, i.e. "Western US", if the rate I want isn't available, it takes me back to the city list for another continent.
