Still needs some enhancing
delta.com may have been enhanced but it still needs some work. I have a DL reservation that I booked on Thursday with my SkyMiles # attached. The reservation was booked after my accounts merged and my SM account got upgraded to platinum. Problem is the reservation system isn't recognizing my plat status. So no "upgrade requested", can't pick premium seats, etc.
I tried switching the FF # on the reservation to my CO OnePass number, then switching back to my SM #. Didn't help (except that I could pick exit row seats while my CO number was on the reservation). And you can't put a WP # on the reservation any more.
Does anyone else have this problem? Do I need to call to get this fixed?
