My hubby and I just did a sleeper ORD-LHR-MAN on 9/18/09. Fair warning, the lounge food is er...interesting. Our flight was out at 20:05 and we got to the airport at about 6:30pm. No lines anywhere, took us one minute thru bag drop and about 5 minutes through security. As for the "fast track" line, it's a waste of time. It's all the way to the left as you enter passport control and there is absolutly no one policing it at that hour. To be honest, you don't need to use it as regular security was moving fast. Food in the lounge consisted of some cold salads as well as three hot offerings. There were glazed chicken legs (they looked grey), salmon filet (drier then the Sahara) and a vegetarian squash/zuchinni pie. The vegetarian wasn't bad, but it was a bit gas enducing for more then a few of us on the upper deck. Champagne was only available by request and except for the lovely check in lady and a few staff clearing dishes there wasn't a soul around. No a bad lounge, no windows so it feels pretty small. I don't think I would use the lounge food as full dinner next time, but maybe for a drink or two before the flight.
Yes, let the Brazilians be stuck with the bill! I too was rooting for Chicago NOT getting the Olympics, and my Chicago friends and I celebrated the outcome here in London last night.

Food in the ORD BA Club lounge restaurant is nothing to write home about, at best. If I'm on the last flight out of ORD and not flying F, I now normally try to eat dinner before heading to the airport.
