I just stayed at the Park Hyatt Tokyo for 2 nights last weekend. The hotel is very nice but got absolutely NO recognition as a Diamond. They said they had no idea what Diamond even was. I asked about the amenity and they said no amenities where ever given.

It was kind of disappointing.
