I have stayed at the Park 6 or 7 times, always on NAN or awards. It is, perhaps, my favorite Hyatt. I always get wonderful service and it's a great hotel . . . but the last two stays I have been a Diamond (was platinum the other stays) and have gotten the smallest rooms -- whereas in several previous stays (always on awards) I received Park rooms and once a corner room??? Go figure. Now the smallest room is nothing to complain about at all, but you would think. The only "amenity" I have ever gotten there is small (very nice) boxes of candies. I have never been offered a choice.
